Everything you can do here, step by step: videos, presenter videos, effects and pictures; then your library, credits, paying and your account.
Draft: the steps below are this site's real steps, but what you get back - a video, a picture, an effect, a character's face - is a ready-made sample of ours, not made from what you type.
Getting started
Create an account
All it takes is an e-mail address and a password of at least 8 characters; a name is optional. You tick that you agree to the Terms and the Privacy policy. An account costs nothing, and you need not buy credits yet.

The studio
Once signed in, you are in the studio. Its tile “Make something new” opens the page where you choose what to make: a video, a presenter video, an effect, a picture, each with its steps and what it costs from; for a video you then choose where to start from. One tile shows the credits you have. Below them are the things in progress and those just finished.
Vietnamese or English
Every page is in both languages: press VI or EN at the top. A video's own language is chosen separately, at its step 1.
A video in 5 steps
From one sentence about a topic, or from a script you already have. Credits are taken only when you press a button that shows its price.
The idea
In the studio, press “Make something new”, then “Make a video”, and choose where to start from: “From a topic” (type one sentence; the more specific the better) or “From your own script” (paste a script you already have; your words stay as they are). Then choose the video's language, upright 9:16 or wide 16:9, and the length, from 30 seconds to 10 min. Press “See the script”.

The script
The script comes in blocks, with how many seconds it takes to speak. Edit the words and press “Save my edits”; empty a block to remove it. Or say in one sentence what should change, for a rewrite: the first 5 are free, after that 1 credit a rewrite. If the script takes longer to speak than the length you chose, the page says so, and you shorten it. When you are happy, press “The script is good · choose pictures and voice”.

Pictures and voice
Choose the look of the pictures, the narrator (press “Listen” to hear each voice first), captions, music and the quality: Low, Medium, Good. The levels differ only in how many shots move and how sharp they are; at Medium / Good you can add up to 4 more moving shots, 22 credits each. The video's price stands at the bottom of the page before you go on. Press “Review before making”. The last question is whether you want one character for all your videos: see “One character for all your videos” below.

Make the video
This page sums up everything you chose, and the button “Make the video” carries the video's exact price. Credits are taken only when you press it. If you are short of credits, the page says by how many and leads you to buy them; the video waits for you in the studio, under “In progress”. Once you have pressed it, watch the progress or close the page: the video will be in your library when it is ready. At most 2 videos can be made at a time. If a video cannot be finished, the credits come back by themselves.

Get the video
Watch the video, download it (mp4), and copy the title, the description and the tags for posting; the video's pictures stand below. Want a change? Choose one picture drawn again, one line corrected or a different title, and say what you want. The first change is free, each later one 5 credits. When you post, switch on the “made with AI” label the platform asks for.

One character for all your videos
Nobody describes a face, and nothing is asked up front: the question comes only at the end of a video's step 3, or at a presenter video's step 1. A character is always a made-up adult, created with AI - never a real person.
The question at step 3
At the end of step 3 the question “One consistent character for all your videos?” has three kinds of answer: “No”, a character you have kept, or “Yes, make one for me”. Answering costs nothing; the character is made on the next page.

See the face
The character is worked out from the video's topic and script, to fit the narrator you chose. Press “Make my character · 3 credits”. Credits are taken only once a face has been made; if none can be made, nothing is taken. Not happy? Ask for another face, 3 credits too; the faces already made stay yours.

Keep it under a name
Give the character a name; only you see it. Then choose: the character opens this video - it speaks the first block of your script to the camera, for up to 10 seconds, at 63 credits more for each 5 seconds of speech, added to the video's price and taken only when you press Make at step 4 - or you only keep it, and this video has no character.

In your next videos
The character you kept or chose last stands chosen at step 3 of each new video, until you answer “No”. A video has one voice from start to finish: a woman goes with a female voice, a man with a male voice. Under “My characters”, opened from the studio, you rename or delete a character; deleting gives no credits back for its face.
A presenter video in 3 steps
A person speaks your words to the camera: a character of yours, or you, from a photo.
Presenter and words
In the studio, press “Make something new”, then “Make a presenter video”, and choose who speaks. A character you have kept speaks in a voice that fits it. “Make one from my words”: the next page works out a face from the words you type, to fit the voice you choose (3 credits), and you keep the character under a name. “My own photo”: a portrait photo of yourself, or of an adult who has agreed - one person, facing the camera, the face clear - a jpg or png of at most 12 MB, with the tick that confirms it. Type the words, up to about 60 seconds of speech, choose a voice (listen first), and press “Continue · see the price”.

Check and price
The seconds are estimated from the words you typed, and the price is 63 credits for each started 5 seconds; it stands on the Make button. The price you see is the price you pay. Changing the words or the voice here costs nothing.

Get the video
Watch the video and download it. It is always marked as made with AI, and that label cannot be switched off. A photo you uploaded is kept until the video is deleted for good.

No photos of celebrities, politicians or other public figures; no photos of children; no photos of anyone who has not agreed. Such a photo is refused. Every presenter video is marked as made with AI.

An effect in 3 steps
Your clip or photo and one sentence: something added to the shot, a look laid over it, a photo made to move.
Clip and wish
In the studio, press “Make something new”, then “Make an effect”. Choose the kind of effect; each says what it needs and what it costs from. As the kind needs, upload a clip (mp4 or mov, up to 10 seconds, 60 MB) or a photo (jpg or png, at most 12 MB), and confirm that the file is yours and that everyone in it has agreed; one kind needs no file at all. For a photo, and for the kind without a file, you choose a length of 5 seconds or 10 seconds. Say in one sentence what you want to see, then press “Continue · see the price”.

Check and price
Check your file, the length and the price for each 5 seconds. Where a kind has two levels, choose “Standard” or “Finest”. The effect's price stands right beside the button “Make the effect”. If the effect cannot be made, the credits come back by themselves.

Get it
See before and after side by side, and download the result (mp4). Not happy? Add a note on what should change and make it again; you see the price before you press. A file you upload is kept without what a phone writes into it, only you can open it, and it is deleted for good with the effect.

No clips of other people's, nothing that makes a real person seem to do or say what they did not, no children, no film or TV footage.

A picture in 3 steps
Describe what you want to see; it is drawn upright, wide or square.
Describe it
In the studio, press “Make something new”, then “Make a picture”. Describe what you want to see, in Vietnamese or English: the subject, the place, the angle. A picture shows no real people and no lettering. Press “Choose the look”.

Choose the look and the shape: upright 9:16, wide 16:9 or square 1:1. Press “Draw the picture · 3 credits”: the price is on the button.

Download the picture. Not happy? Say what should change, and it is drawn again as a new picture, 3 credits; the first one stays in your library.

Your library
Everything in one place
Your videos, presenter videos, effects and pictures, the newest first; filter by kind at the top of the page. Open something that is ready to watch it again and download it.
Carry on where you stopped
A video you have not finished keeps what you chose. Open it from the library, or from the studio under “In progress”, and you go on at the step where you stopped.
Deleting
Everything has a delete button on its own page, and the page asks again before deleting. What you delete stays in the “Trash” for 30 days (the last button at the top of the library): press “Restore” to bring it back as it was, or “Delete for good” to delete it now. After 30 days it is deleted for good and cannot be brought back. Something that is being made can be deleted once it is ready. A photo or clip you uploaded for a presenter video or an effect is kept with it and deleted for good with it.
Credits
Buy credits and use them when you need them. Everything you make has a price in credits, shown before you press.
The price on the button
Credits are taken only when you press a button that shows its price, and never twice for the same thing. If a video, an effect or a presenter video cannot be finished, the credits come back by themselves.
Packs and monthly plans
Credits you buy are good for 12 months. Unused credits of a monthly plan move to the next month, up to two months of the plan. A monthly plan never charges by itself: you renew it with one payment each month and can stop any time; the credits you have left stay until they expire.
Buying credits
Choose a pack or a plan on the Credits page; the payment page says how to pay. A purchase that is not paid stays open for 24 hours, listed under “Waiting for payment” on the Credits page.
The Credits page
Press the credits at the top of any page to open it. It shows the credits you have, what they are made of and until when each part is good, your monthly plan, the purchases that wait for payment, and the history of every credit added, taken or returned.
Paying
How does paying with PayPal work?
PayPal does not take đồng, so the purchase is charged in US dollars. The dollar amount stands on the button before you press it. You pay on PayPal's own page and are brought back to our payment page; once PayPal confirms, the credits arrive at once. PayPal or the bank behind your card may add a fee of their own for changing currency; that fee does not come to us.
I have paid with PayPal and the credits have not arrived.
This can happen when PayPal's page is closed before you are brought back to ours. Open the Credits page: the purchase is listed under “Waiting for payment”. Open its payment page and press “I have paid with PayPal: check again”. We ask PayPal again at that moment; if PayPal confirms that you paid, the credits arrive at once. Please do not pay a second time. If that does not help, or the purchase is no longer listed there, write to us on the Help page and give the e-mail address of your PayPal account and the time you paid.
How does the bank transfer by QR code work?
After you choose a pack or a plan, the payment page shows a QR code. Open your banking app, scan the code, check what it shows and send. The account number, the amount and the transfer reference are already in the code. Every purchase has a transfer reference of its own: please do not change the reference or the amount, because they are how we recognise your transfer.
I pay on the phone that shows the code. How do I scan it?
A phone cannot scan a code on its own screen. There are two ways. One: take a screenshot of the code, then choose that picture in your banking app's scanner. This works only if your app has a button for choosing a picture from the phone's library. Two: make an ordinary transfer. Under the code stand the account number and the transfer reference, each with a “Copy” button; type the amount exactly as the page shows it.
I have sent the transfer. When do the credits arrive?
We confirm each transfer by hand, so it can take a while. The payment page updates by itself when the credits arrive; you find that page again on the Credits page, under “Waiting for payment”. If you have waited long and the credits are still missing, write to us on the Help page and give the transfer reference (it starts with LS) and the time of your transfer. Please do not send the money a second time.
MoMo, ZaloPay, Vietnamese bank cards, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay are coming; none of them can be used to pay yet.
Your account
Name and password
On the Account page you change your name and your password; a new password signs your other devices out. To change the e-mail address, write to us on the Help page.
A forgotten password
On the sign-in page, press “Forgot your password?” and enter your account's e-mail address; we send a link there to set a new password. Draft: no e-mail is sent yet; it will be connected once there is a mail service.
Deleting the account
At the bottom of the Account page, enter your password to confirm. Your account is deleted at once, with all your videos, presenter videos, effects, pictures and characters. The photos and clips you uploaded, everything in the trash and your remaining credits are deleted with it. This cannot be undone.
