Questions
The usual questions, in groups. Every number here is today's price list's.
Draft: the answers describe this site as it is built, but what you get back - a video, a picture, an effect, a character's face - is a ready-made sample of ours, not made from what you type.
General
What can I make here?
Narrated videos, from a topic or from your own script; presenter videos, where a person speaks your words to the camera; effects for your clips and photos; and pictures drawn from a description. Each has a page of its own, with its steps, a real sample and its price. See each product
Can I try it for free?
Creating an account costs nothing, and so does the script: you read it, change it yourself or ask for a rewrite (5 free rewrites per video), and only then decide whether to make the video. Everything you make is paid in credits, and its price stands on the button before you press it. A new account comes with no credits, and there is no free plan.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Everything is done on this site, in the browser of your computer or your phone. What you have made you download; videos and effects are mp4 files.
Which languages?
Vietnamese and English, for the voice and the captions.
Who owns the videos?
You do. Use them on any channel, including in ads.
Are the videos labelled as made with AI?
Yes. The pictures, clips and voice are made by AI. When you post, you switch on the label the platform requires; we remind you at the last step and do nothing to hide it.
Do you post to my channels for me?
Not at launch: you download the video and post it. Posting for you comes once YouTube and TikTok have approved our connection.
Making a video
Can I read the script before the video is made?
Yes, and it costs no credits. Edit the words yourself, or write one sentence to have it rewritten (5 free rewrites per video), then press Make.
Can I use a script I already have?
Already have a script? Paste it at step 1. Your words stay as they are; we cut it into blocks, record the narrator, draw the pictures and cut the video with captions. Before you press Make you can still read and change each block.
Are my words changed?
No. The script is cut into blocks for the narrator and the pictures; your words stay as they are. At step 2 you read each block, change it yourself, or ask for a rewrite if you want one.
How long should my script be?
About 150 words for a minute of speech. At step 2 the page says how many seconds your script takes to speak; if that is longer than the length you chose, it says so, and you shorten it.
How long can a video be, and in which shape?
From 30 seconds to 10 minutes, upright 9:16 or wide 16:9. The price grows with the length.
How do the four quality levels differ?
Low: still pictures with a slow camera move. Medium: plus 4 moving shots a minute at 480p. Good: 4 moving shots a minute at 720p. Extreme: every shot moves, with the finest pictures; it is coming. The script, the narrator, the captions and the music are the same at every level.
Can I choose the narrator's voice?
Yes. At step 3 you choose one of the voices of the video's language; press “Listen” to hear each one first. The whole video has one voice.
What about the look, the captions and the music?
You choose them at step 3. The look of the pictures: “Cinematic” (coming: “Watercolour”, “Comic” and “Paper cut”). Captions: “Word by word, the spoken word lit”, “Whole lines” or “No captions”. Music: “Calm, curious”, “Tense” or “No music”. None of these three changes the price.
Can I have more moving shots?
Yes, at “Medium” or “Good”: step 3 lets you add up to 4 more moving shots, 22 credits each, added to the video's price before you press Make.
How long does a video take to make?
Our 58-second sample video took about 23 min to make; a longer one may take longer. Once you have pressed Make you can close the page: the video will be in your library when it is ready. At most 2 videos can be made at a time.
What if I don't like the video?
Each video gets one free change: a different picture, a corrected line or a different title. If a video cannot be finished, the credits come back by themselves.
Presenters and characters
What is a presenter video?
You type the words and choose a voice; a person speaks them to the camera. That person is a character you have kept, one worked out from your words, or you, from a portrait photo.
What is one character for all my videos?
At the end of a video's step 3 you are asked whether you want one character for all your videos. Say yes, and a character is worked out from the video's topic and script, to fit the narrator; a face costs 3 credits. You keep the character under a name, and may let it open the video: it speaks the first block of your script to the camera, for up to 10 seconds, at 63 credits more for each 5 seconds of speech. In your next videos, the character you kept or chose last stands chosen at step 3 until you answer “No”.
Is the character a real person?
No. A character is always a made-up adult, made with AI from your words, topic or script; nobody describes the face. If one happens to look like a real person, do not use it, and delete it.
Which voice does a character speak in?
In a voice that fits it: a woman with a female voice, a man with a male voice. When a character opens a video, it speaks in that video's own narrator's voice, so the whole video has one voice.
Can I use a photo of myself?
Yes: a portrait photo of yourself, or of an adult who has agreed. No photos of public figures or children. The photo is kept with the video and deleted for good with it: when you delete the video for good from the trash, or 30 days after you delete the video.
How is a presenter video's price counted?
63 credits for each started 5 seconds of speech. The seconds are counted from the words you type, and the price stands on the Make button at step 2 before anything is taken. The words can last up to about 60 seconds.
How do I rename or delete a character?
Under “My characters”, opened from the studio. Only you see a character's name. What is deleted cannot be brought back, and no credits come back for its face.
Effects and pictures
Which kinds of effect are there?
“Add or change something in a clip”, “Lay a look over a clip”, “Make a photo move” and “Invent a whole shot”. Each says what it needs and what it costs from; the price is counted for each started 5 seconds, from 5 credits. Coming: “Take the background out”.
What can I upload for an effect?
A clip, mp4 or mov, up to 10 seconds and at most 60 MB, or a photo, jpg or png, at most 12 MB. One kind needs no file at all: one sentence becomes a shot.
What happens to my file?
It is kept without what a phone writes into a file (the place, the time, the device), and only you can open it. It is deleted for good with the effect: when you delete the effect for good from the trash, or 30 days after you delete the effect.
Do I lose my credits when an effect cannot be made?
If the effect cannot be made, the credits come back by themselves.
Which clips may not be used?
No clips of other people's, nothing that makes a real person seem to do or say what they did not, no children, no film or TV footage.
Which shapes can a picture have?
Upright 9:16, wide 16:9 or square 1:1. You choose at step 2, with the look.
Can a picture show real people or lettering?
No. A picture shows no real people and no lettering: describe the scene, the things in it and the mood.
What if I don't like a picture?
Say what should change and it is drawn again: a new picture, 3 credits. The first one stays in your Library.
Credits and paying
What is a credit, and what does one cost?
Credits are what you pay with for what you make; the price of each thing in credits shows before you press. A credit costs from 1,000đ (Pack of 100,000đ) down to about 666đ (Daily plan): a larger pack gives cheaper credits, and a monthly plan cheaper ones than any pack. See the whole price list
When are credits taken?
Credits are taken only when you press a button that shows its price, and never twice for the same thing. If a video, an effect or a presenter video cannot be finished, the credits come back by themselves.
Do credits expire?
Credits you buy are good for 12 months. Monthly-plan credits roll over to the next month, up to two months of the plan.
Does a monthly plan charge me by itself?
No. A plan does not renew by itself: from 3 days before its month ends, you renew it with one payment on the Credits page. If you don't, the plan stops, and the credits left stay usable until they expire.
Does a bigger plan let me make more kinds of things?
No. The plans differ only in how many credits they give a month. Everybody can make the same things, at every quality that is open: you pay for exactly what you make.
Where do I see my credits?
Press the credits at the top of any page to open it. It shows the credits you have, what they are made of and until when each part is good, your monthly plan, the purchases that wait for payment, and the history of every credit added, taken or returned.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer with a QR code, from your Vietnamese banking app, or with PayPal. PayPal charges in US dollars. You buy credits first and spend them on what you make. How paying works, step by step
Can I get my money back?

Your account
What does an account take?
All it takes is an e-mail address and a password of at least 8 characters; a name is optional. You tick that you agree to the Terms and the Privacy policy. An account costs nothing, and you need not buy credits yet.
How do I switch the site's language?
Every page is in both languages: press VI or EN at the top. A video's own language is chosen separately, at its step 1.
How do I change my name, password or e-mail?
On the Account page you change your name and your password; a new password signs your other devices out. To change the e-mail address, write to us on the Help page.
What if I forget my password?
On the sign-in page, press “Forgot your password?” and enter your account's e-mail address; we send a link there to set a new password. Draft: no e-mail is sent yet; it will be connected once there is a mail service.
I deleted a video by mistake. Can I get it back?
Everything has a delete button on its own page, and the page asks again before deleting. What you delete stays in the “Trash” for 30 days (the last button at the top of the library): press “Restore” to bring it back as it was, or “Delete for good” to delete it now. After 30 days it is deleted for good and cannot be brought back. Something that is being made can be deleted once it is ready. A photo or clip you uploaded for a presenter video or an effect is kept with it and deleted for good with it.
How do I delete my account?
At the bottom of the Account page, enter your password to confirm. Your account is deleted at once, with all your videos, presenter videos, effects, pictures and characters. The photos and clips you uploaded, everything in the trash and your remaining credits are deleted with it. This cannot be undone.
