We collect as little as we can, and say what it is for.

1. What we keep
Your e-mail, your name (if you give one) and your password in hashed form: nobody can read your password, including us.
The topics, scripts and picture descriptions you enter, and the videos and pictures made for you.
The history of your credits and payments: the amount, the time, the transfer reference. We do not keep card numbers or bank sign-in details.
Technical records such as sign-in times and errors, to keep the service safe.
2. What it is used for
To make and deliver what you order, to count credits, to answer you, to prevent fraud and to keep your account safe.
We do not sell your data and do not use it to advertise for others.
3. Who processes it for us
To make your order, what you enter (topic, script, picture description) is sent to providers of AI services, some of them abroad. Your name and e-mail are not sent with it.
Clips and photos you upload for an effect are sent to those providers too, because the effect is made on their machines. Before a file is stored, we remove what a phone writes into it, such as where and when it was taken.
A portrait photo you upload to make a presenter is sent to those providers too, so that the video can be made. It is kept with the video until that video is deleted for good or you delete your account.
Your character's face is sent to those providers too when the character opens a video or speaks in a presenter video. A character is kept under “My characters” until you delete it or your account.
The payment provider receives what a payment needs. The mail provider receives your e-mail address to deliver our messages. The hosting provider stores the service's data.
4. How long
Videos and pictures stay in your library until you delete them or your account. What you delete from the library stays in the trash for 30 days, where you can restore it or delete it for good; after 30 days it is deleted for good by itself, with any photo or clip you uploaded for it. When you delete your account, the trash goes with it.
When you delete your account, your data is deleted within 30 days. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires.
5. Your rights
You may see, correct and delete your data, withdraw your consent and ask us to stop processing.

6. Cookies
The site uses necessary cookies only: to keep you signed in and to protect forms. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google sees your IP address when a page opens.
7. When you connect a channel (not available yet)
Posting to YouTube and TikTok for you is not open yet. When it opens, this page will say which permission is asked for, what is stored and how to disconnect.
8. Children
The service is not meant for children under 16.
9. Changes and contact
When this page changes, we tell you by e-mail first. For any request about your data, write to us on the Help page.
