What you and we agree to when you use this service.

1. The service
We make short videos and pictures to your order with AI tools: the script, the narration, the pictures, the moving shots, the captions and the finished cut. You download the result and post it on your own channels.
2. Your account
You must be 18 or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. One account per person.
You keep your password secret and are responsible for what is made from your account.
3. Credits and payment
Credits are a prepaid right to use the service. They are not money and cannot be exchanged for money, except as the Refunds page says.
The price in credits of each thing is shown before you press Make.
Credits you buy in a pack are good for 12 months from the purchase. Unused credits of a monthly plan move to the next month, up to two months of the plan.
A monthly plan never charges by itself: you renew it with one payment each month and can stop at any time.
Credits cannot be moved to another account.
4. What you make
The videos and pictures you make are yours, for commercial use too, as far as the law allows.
AI-made work can resemble someone else's, and in some places the law gives no copyright to AI-made work. We make no promise about that.
We use your content only to make and deliver what you ordered. We do not advertise with your videos without asking you.
Clips and photos you upload for an effect stay yours. By uploading you confirm that you have the right to use them and that everyone who appears in them has agreed. Do not upload film or TV footage or other people's clips, do not upload pictures of children, and do not use an effect to make a real person seem to do or say what they did not.
A photo you upload to make a presenter must show you, or an adult who has agreed. We refuse photos of celebrities, politicians and other public figures, and photos of children. Every presenter video is marked as made with AI, and that label cannot be switched off.
Your character is a face made for your videos from your topic, your script or the words you type. A character is always a made-up adult, created with AI - never a real person and never a child. A character you keep is yours: you use it again in your videos, and you can rename or delete it at any time; the credits paid for a face do not come back when you delete it. A face made with AI can resemble a real person by chance: if you see that, do not use it, and delete it. Do not use a character to pass it off as a real person. Every video in which a character speaks is marked as made with AI, and that label cannot be switched off.
5. AI-made content
The pictures, the moving shots and the voice are made by AI. When you post, you are responsible for switching on the AI-content label the platform requires and for following that platform's rules.
A script can contain mistakes. You read it and are responsible for the content before you post it.
6. What is not allowed
No requests for content that breaks the law of Vietnam or of the place where you post.
No picture, voice or name of a real person without their consent. No fake content meant to deceive viewers.
No pornography, no sexual content involving minors, no incitement to hatred or violence, no fraud, no misleading medical or financial advice.
No infringement of someone else's copyright or trade mark.
No probing of how the service works, no automated collection of data, no reselling of the service, no extra accounts to get around a limit.
7. When we refuse or suspend
We may refuse a request that breaks the rules above. The credits of a refused request are returned.
An account that breaks them repeatedly or seriously may be closed.
8. Liability
We work to keep the service running but do not promise that it is never interrupted.
What a platform does with your channel or video is that platform's decision.
As far as the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to what you paid for that order.
9. Changes and governing law
When these terms change, we say so on this page and by e-mail before the change applies.
