Refunds

In short: what cannot be made gives its credits back; an unused pack can be refunded within 7 days.

1. When a video or picture cannot be finished

Its credits come back to your account by themselves. You do not have to ask.

2. When you are not happy

Each video gets one free change: one picture, one line or the title.

You can always read the script before any credit is spent, so you pay for a video only after you agree with what it says.

3. Packs of credits

Within 7 days of the purchase, if none of that purchase's credits has been used, you get 100% of the money back.

After 7 days, or once part of it is used, credits cannot be exchanged for money.

4. Monthly plans

A monthly plan does not renew or charge by itself. A paid month is not refunded; that month's credits stay until they expire.

5. Mistakes on our side

If credits were taken twice, or your money was sent and no credits arrived, write to us on the Help page with the transfer reference. We deal with it within 3 working days.

6. How the money comes back

The money is returned to the account it was paid from, within 7 working days.
